What is the trip
The journey allows to go from a destination to another, it can be by air, that is by plane, or by sea, that is by boat.
There are different trips for a specific role. As soon as we hear the word travel we think directly of vacations, which is usually the case. But there are also business trips as we understand it in its name it is a trip where we go to work and we don't go to rest as for the vacations.
First of all we will see what is the fact of traveling during the vacations and what are the triggering elements? The perfect trip is a function of everyone's tastes; trips are something unique, they are unforgettable moments, they are adventures. It is a way to discover new cultures, new origins and to adapt to each country.The trip can be done alone, as a couple, with family or with friends. Of course it will not be for the same needs, a trip with friends or family will not be the same activities as when we travel as a couple. Each trip will bring us new knowledge, new experiences, a much more open mind, it is a way that will also allow us to grow mentally.
The desire to travel can come from different elements !
When we are at work, we are in a routine that can sometimes be tiring and in this case, we need a moment of respite, where we take the opportunity to take some free time to travel and clear our minds through this journey. And also to cut for a while with the world of work. Traveling can also be a personal desire to discover the world, to meet people, to sympathize, to live unforgettable adventures. In order to concretize a personal desire. Traveling can also be a way to overcome fears, socialize, try to be a new person or at least discover a hidden side of yourself. Family travel is a great way to have fun, strengthen family ties, discover new things together, and create memories together. The trip can also be a school trip, different schools and different sections organize trips so that the students can discover something else and that it is still within the framework of education by carrying out cultural visits such as visiting a museum. The trip should bring new knowledge to the students. The ones I’ve come to tell you about are in the situation I’m in now.
Currently I am a student in BTS International Trade and as part of my training I came to the Netherlands to perform my internship but also to discover the culture of the country, discover their way of life and make cultural visits. And to deepen my Knowledge.

For our health when we decide to travel we should always bring the minimum amount of medication to be able to take care of ourselves in case of an incident.

Culture shock is when a person is disoriented and doesn’t feel comfortable where they are. This can be due to lifestyle, food, and many other things.
It is when the environment is unfamiliar to us that we can have a culture shock.
That is why when we choose a destination we must be careful about the possible risks we could encounter. It is important to choose the right country and to get a minimum of information about the country before going there to avoid any culture shock.
What is the beneficial impact of travel on our health?
